Fiber Optic Adpater
Fiber Optic Adapter, also called Fiber Optic Adaptor, is mountable through a panel opening on a panel for providing a shielded connection between at least two fiber optic connectors each having an associated fiber optic line. We have Singlemode, Multimode,Simplex, Duplex Fiber Optic Adapter.
The fiber optic adapter comprises a housing formed from a conductive material and includes a multi-part fitting that includes an alignment sleeve. Opposing parts of the fitting are mechanically coupled together. The fiber optic adapter also comprises latching recesses on the housing for engaging the fiber optic connectors. The conductive material of the housing inhibits electromagnetic interference leakage through the panel opening.
